When it comes to our brand , our utmost priority is the satisfaction of our clients and customers. We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase but If for any reason at all you need to return an item just reach out to our customer service stating your intention to make a return in order to get our return address.
The terms and conditions of our returns is as follows

  • Our customers have 7 days to return their order for a refund or exchange.
  • Our refund would be in form of a store credit which can be used to purchase any item from our store.
  • To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the items must be unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant, perfume and must have all original tags attached as when you received it.
  • Payment receipt and also order number would be required to process your return.
  • Once we receive the returned item and check it’s condition, we would issue a refund to your store credit within 7 working days. If you’d like an exchange please let us know.
  • ⁠Exceptions: While we try to accept returns for most items, there might be a few exceptions. For example, personalized or customized items might not be eligible for return.
  • Customers initiating a refund are required to cover the shipping expenses for the return by either returning their order to our company address with all expenses paid or paid by us and deducted from their refund.
